Todd Renner
FBI Supervisory Special Agent (SSA)
FBI Atlanta Supervisory Special Agent Todd Renner leads a team of investigators focused on pursuing financially-motivated cyber criminals and seeking attribution of nation state actors posing a threat to our national security. SSA Renner recently served as an Assistant Legal Attaché (ALAT) in London where he was responsible for leading complex international cyber intrusion investigations. In this role, ALAT Renner lead FBI collaborative efforts with United Kingdom authorities, Irish authorities and industry partners to successfully execute a “Pursue, Prevent, Protect, and Prepare” strategy.
Prior to his assignment in London, Special Agent Renner was assigned to FBI Headquarters Cyber Division Technical Operations Unit (TOU), developing and implementing sophisticated intelligence generating opportunities for the U.S. Government. SA Renner has served as a Case Agent and SWAT operator in multiple field offices within the United States.
SSA Renner is a member of the FBI’s Computer Intrusion Response team and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Administration.

Michael Kelly
Commercial Banking, Head of Cybersecurity & Technology Controls
In this role, he is responsible for a wide range of cybersecurity and technology control areas including managing regulatory, audit, business risk, and compliance relationships. The group coordinates technology regulatory requirements and firm policies with Commercial Banking businesses, supports the implementation and monitoring of compliance procedures, and facilitates internal and external technology audits and regulatory reviews globally.
Commercial Banking is one of four business groups at JPMorgan Chase &Co. Commercial Banking provides organizations with annual revenues generally ranging from $20 million to more than $2 billion—as well as real estate investors and owners—with a range of domestic and international financial solutions designed to help them achieve their business goals.
Prior to assuming this role, Mike managed cybersecurity and technology controls for the Asset Management business. He joined J. P. Morgan in 2003 in the Internal Audit department. He served as the Senior Audit Manager for Technology and Operations for Asset Management as well as the Senior Audit Manager for Technology covering Investment Banking Americas, Global Commodities, and Global Technology Infrastructure.
Mike graduated from the University of Notre Dame where he studied Economics and Computer Applications and was involved in the Mountain Bike Racing Club. This sparked his interest in Triathlon racing and travel allowing him to compete around the country and cheer on his beloved Fighting Irish in South Bend. Mike resides in Naperville, IL with his two daughters who are thoroughly involved in the swimming and dance communities.
